Frequent Asked Questions

High bun: It is mandatory for gymnasts to keep their hair tied up in a high bun during training. This ensures the hair does not interfere with movements and helps prevent potential accidents.

Leotard or sportswear: Gymnasts must attend training wearing a leotard or, alternatively, tight-fitting sportswear that allows for good mobility and makes it easier for coaches to correct technique.

Jewelry: Wearing jewelry is not allowed during training (earrings, necklaces, rings, bracelets, etc.) as it can cause injuries to the gymnast or others and carries a risk of breaking or getting lost.

Club registrations will open in June. You will find the registration link on the homepage of our website as well as on our official Instagram profile.

The minimum age is 3 years old. Each gymnast has their own process, and a tryout can be requested to join the team.
