Gimnastic Club
Artistic gymnastics is a sport that combines elements of acrobatics, dance, and physical skills. It is practiced on various apparatus, such as the floor, uneven bars, vault, and balance beam, among others. Gymnasts perform routines that highlight their strength, flexibility, coordination, and grace.
Trampolining is an acrobatic sport practiced on a trampoline, where athletes perform jumps and twists in the air. Gymnasts use the spring of the trampoline to propel themselves upward and execute a series of acrobatic moves, such as flips, twists, and combinations of tricks, before landing in a controlled manner.
Follow our calendar for all the information on holidays, the school calendar, and competitions.
High bun: It is mandatory for gymnasts to keep their hair tied up in a high bun during training. This ensures the hair does not interfere with movements and helps prevent potential accidents.
Leotard or sportswear: Gymnasts must attend training wearing a leotard or, alternatively, tight-fitting sportswear that allows for good mobility and makes it easier for coaches to correct technique.
Jewelry: Wearing jewelry is not allowed during training (earrings, necklaces, rings, bracelets, etc.) as it can cause injuries to the gymnast or others and carries a risk of breaking or getting lost.
