Trampoline is a sport that consists of a series of exercises performed on various elastic apparatus, with acrobatics as the main feature.
It features compulsory and free exercises consisting of 10 elements.
The compulsory exercise focuses on performing easy somersaults where good execution (position, opening, leg and arm placement) is observed.
The free exercise focuses on elements where difficulty is paramount (each twist on the transverse or longitudinal axis increases the difficulty and score for each element).

This level is designed for boys and girls who want to discover the world of trampoline in a fun, safe, and beginner-friendly way.
With the beginner trampoline activity, participants will be introduced to this exciting discipline through basic jumping, coordination, and balance exercises, while developing body confidence and air control. All under the guidance of specialized coaches in a safe environment.
Beyond the technical aspects, we encourage team spirit, play, and motivation, combining sport with complementary activities to make every session a fun and enriching experience.

Our federated-level trampoline activity is designed for gymnasts who already compete and are working to perfect their technique and performance. With a specialized approach, this activity offers demanding training tailored to the needs of dedicated athletes.
The trampoline training program aims to maximize each gymnast’s technical and physical skills, focusing on coordination, strength, flexibility, and aerial control.
This year 2025, we will have two gymnasts representing the club at the Spanish Championship, a great achievement that reflects the quality and commitment of our program.
