Alba Petisco makes history: European All-Around Silver Medalist!

At Club Gimnàstic Esplugues Les Moreres, we are incredibly proud to share a historic milestone for Spanish artistic gymnastics and especially for our club: Alba Petisco, who began her gymnastics journey with us, has been crowned European All-Around Silver Medalist at the European Championships held in Leipzig.

With a flawless performance across all four apparatuses, Alba earned a total score of 53.265 points, securing second place on the continental podium. She is the first Spanish gymnast to win a medal in this discipline at the European level, becoming an undeniable role model for future generations.

This achievement is the result of years of hard work, dedication, and perseverance both from the gymnast herself and from the technical teams who have supported her since she was a child. At Les Moreres, we had the privilege of watching Alba grow, take her first steps in gymnastics, and evolve as an athlete.

From the entire club, we warmly congratulate Alba on this extraordinary accomplishment and thank everyone who has contributed, through our training program, to making it possible.
